MPM\u2019s portfolio is centered on wet cat food, valued for its high moisture content and palatability.<\/p>\n<p>Its brands, Applaws, Encore, and Reveal, are sold in over 50 countries, with about 80% of sales generated internationally.<\/p>\n<p>MPM earned B Corp certification in 2021 for its commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.<\/p>\n<p>MPM\u2019s leadership, including CEO Julian Bambridge, will remain in place following the acquisition.
